Welcome to the Seattle Convention Center! We're more than a meeting and convention venue. Come enjoy our public art collection, retail and dining options, and beautiful Freeway Park. We’re located in the heart of Seattle and within walking distance to world-class hotels, restaurants, entertainment and waterfront attractions.
Hours
The public area of the Arch building: 6am - 8pm daily.
The public area of the Summit building: 6am - 10pm daily.
We are closed Thanksgiving weekend (Thursday - Sunday), Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Hours may vary on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
Visitor Information
The Visit Seattle team can assist you with everything from tour bookings and sightseeing tips to dining reservations and local travel information. Operated as a complimentary service for the public, the visitor information desks are located in Arch on Level 1, directly across from Espresso Caffé Dior, and in the Summit Market, near the Olive Way entrance.

Free Public WiFi
The complimentary network access is best for basic browsing, posting to social media, texting and emailing. The speed is 1Mbps per connection.

Cashless Transactions
Whether you’re paying at a parking kiosk or a pop-up eatery, we accept credit card and touchless payment methods only. Retailers and trade show exhibitors may still choose to conduct cash transactions. The Center has one cash-to-card machine – also known as a reverse ATM – on Level 1 near Convention Place in Arch.
